Montreal, November 19th, 2020 - As the manager of the FÉRIQUE Funds, Gestion FÉRIQUE announced today the replacement of a sub-manager for the FÉRIQUE American Equity Fund.
On or around December 11, 2020, Columbia Management Investment Advisers LLC will replace Integra Capital Limited as sub-manager of a portion of the FÉRIQUE American Equity Fund. Following this change, Columbia Management Investment Advisers LLC will manage approximately between 65% and 80% of the Fund and River Road Asset Management LLC will manage approximately between 20% and 35% of the Fund. The investment objective of the FÉRIQUE American Equity Fund will remain unchanged.
