- New clients
The offer associated with the "Engineer some extra cash" program (the offer) from FÉRIQUE Fund Management (the Sponsor) is available to any new client, upon opening their first account (the Account) with FÉRIQUE Investment Services, the principal distributor of FÉRIQUE Funds, between May 15 and July 31, 2024. - Receive $100
Following their initial contribution, each new client will receive an amount of $100, which will be deposited into their account and invested in a FÉRIQUE Fund of their choice.
- Eligible individuals
FÉRIQUE Funds are available exclusively to "eligible Persons", namely individuals 18 years of age and over residing in Quebec who meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in the Prospectus of the FÉRIQUE Funds. - Types of accounts
The eligible account types for this promotion are: RRSP, TFSA, HFSA, RESP, or non-registered investment account.
- Deadline
The $100 amount will be deposited into the Account and invested in a FÉRIQUE Fund within 45 days of the first contribution being made to the Account. - Joint Account
If the Account involves more than one person (joint account with one holder or two co-holders), only one person will receive the amount. For a joint RRSP account, the amount will be deposited to the account holder. For a joint RESP, the amount will be deposited to one of the two co-holders.
- If, for any reason, the offer cannot proceed as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or suspend the offer in whole or in part, or to modify it at its discretion.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, delete, or add to these Terms from time to time and without notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these provisions and the content of any brochure or other promotional materials relating to this offer, these Terms shall prevail.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or cancel this offer or to render it ineligible for any Account holder who manipulates the process, impartiality, or integrity of the offer or abuses it.
- This offer may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
- You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Any notice from us regarding this offer is deemed to be provided on the day it is posted on our website.
