- New clients
The offer associated with the program « Receive $50 and we will plant 5 trees » (the offer) from FÉRIQUE Fund Managemen (the Sponsor) is available to any new client to open their first account (the Account) with FÉRIQUE Investment Services, principal distributor of the Funds FÉRIQUE, between October 1 and November 30, 2023. - Receive $50
An amount of $50 will be offered for opening the Account and will be invested in FÉRIQUE Funds. - FÉRIQUE Fund Managemen will plant 5 trees for each new client
FÉRIQUE Fund Managemen has made a commitment with Arbre-Évolution to contribute with a minimum quantity of 1,000 trees to be planted in order to create tangible benefits in Quebec's living environments. The final number of trees (if greater than 1,000) will be determined at the end of the promotion.
- Eligible persons
The FÉRIQUE Funds are available exclusively to eligible persons, namely persons who are at least 18 years old, reside in Quebec and meet the eligibility conditions set out in the prospectus. - Account Types
The types of accounts eligible for this promotion are: RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, RESP or investment account.
- Time limit
The amount of $50 should be paid into the Accounts of new clients and invested in FÉRIQUE Funds within 60 days following the deposit of the first contribution in the Account. - Joint account
In the case of an account that involves more than one person (joint account with one holder or two co-holders), only one of the two people will be allocated the amount. For a joint RRSP account, the amount will be paid in the name of the account holder. For a joint RESP, the amount will be paid to one of the two co-holders.
- If, for any reason, the Offer cannot take place in the manner provided, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel or suspend the Offer in whole or in part or to amend it at its discretion.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes, deletions or additions to these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice. In the event of divergence between these provisions and the content of any brochure or other promotional document on this Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit or cancel this Offer or to make it ineligible for any account holder who manipulates the process, impartiality or integrity of the Offer or misuses it.
- The Offer may be suspended, amended or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
- You declare that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. Any notice on the part of FÉRIQUE concerning this Offer shall be considered to have been given on the day it is posted on its website.
