Is there a limit to the amount of the premium?
Yes. We will add 0.25% to your net contributions during the promotion period if they reach $25,000 or more, up to a maximum of $2,500.

Do the transfers and deposits need to be made by November 29?
No. Transfers and deposits must be initiated by November 29. We understand that some processes take time, so we allow up to 60 days after November 29 for the funds to be credited to your account.

Do I need to register before contributing/transferring?
No. Even if your contribution/transfer has already been made, you have until November 29 inclusive to register via the form. Of course, your contribution/transfer must be made during the promotion period (between September 16 and November 29, 2024) and reach the minimum amount of $25,000 to qualify.

Do I need to make a single transaction of $25,000 or more
No. It is the total of your net contributions during the promotion period that will be used to determine the base amount for calculating the bonus. All your purchases, transfers, and withdrawals across all your accounts with FÉRIQUE Investment Services during the promotion period will be included in this calculation.

Which accounts can I make deposits and transfers into?
Deposits made into any type of account offered by FÉRIQUE Investment Services are eligible for the 0.25% bonus: RRSPs, TFSAs, non-registered accounts, RESP, LIRA, RRIF, locked-in accounts, corporate accounts, and group savings plans (group RRSPs or TFSAs), etc.

Which types of transfers are eligible?
All types of transfers are eligible for the 0.25% bonus, provided that the funds come from outside of FÉRIQUE Investment Services.

Do I have to pay transfer fees?
We do not charge fees for transferring to FÉRIQUE Investment Services. However, your other financial institution may do so. If that’s the case, we will reimburse transfer fees up to $150 if the amount is $5,000 or more in a single transfer. Please refer to our reimbursement policy.

Let's say I withdraw money, sign up, and then redeposit the money. Does that count?
No. This offer is aimed at rewarding clients who make new deposits or transfers into their account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services. If you withdraw funds from your account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services and reinvest them during the period, these withdrawals will be considered in the calculation of your bonus. If we suspect an attempt to game the system or fraudulent behavior, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and not award any bonuses.

How will the bonus be paid to me?
The assets must be kept in your account for at least 6 months (until May 31, 2025). We will contact you within 60 days after that to arrange the account and FÉRIQUE Fund in which to invest your bonus.

What happens if I make withdrawals during the 6-month period after the end of the promotion?
The amount of the bonus may be adjusted downward if your net contributions are negative during the period from November 30, 2024, to May 31, 2025. In the following examples, all transactions relate to your accounts with FÉRIQUE Investment Services.

Example #1:

1. Your net contribution for the period from September 16 to November 29, 2024, is $125,000.
2. You withdraw $5,000 from your TFSA on January 5, 2025.
3. You contribute $3,000 to your RRSP on May 5, 2025.
4. Your net contributions are -$2,000 for the period from November 30, 2024, to May 31, 2025.
5. The initial amount of $125,000 will be reduced by $2,000. The amount used to calculate the 0.25% bonus will be $123,000. The bonus will be $307.50.

Example #2:

1. Your net contribution for the period from September 16 to November 29, 2024, is $125,000.
2. You withdraw $3,000 from your  TFSA on January 5, 2025.
3. You contribute $5,000 to your RRSP on May 5, 2025.
4. Your net contributions are +$2,000 for the period from November 30, 2024, to May 31, 2025, so no deduction will be applied to the initial amount. 
5. The initial amount of $125,000 will be used to calculate the 0.25% bonus. The bonus will be $312.50.

Does my minimum RRIF withdrawal count toward my net contribution?
Yes. Minimum RRIF withdrawals will count toward your net contribution amount for the promotional period and for the following 6 months, from November 30, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

• Be or become a client with FÉRIQUE Investment Services and have your accounts in good standing.
• Legal resident of Quebec and of legal age.

The promotion period begins on Monday, September 16, 2024, and ends on Friday, November 29, 2024.

To benefit from the offer, you must:

1. Sign up for the promotion via the form during the promotion period; and
2. Make an eligible transfer or deposit of $25,000 or more from another Canadian institution to an account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services and invested in a FÉRIQUE Fund.

• A reward equivalent to 0.25% of the market value of the net amount transferred/deposited and invested in FÉRIQUE Funds during the promotion period.
• The maximum bonus amount is $2,500 per client, across all accounts.
• Only assets coming from an institution other than FÉRIQUE Investment Services are eligible.
• The bonus will be calculated based on net contributions during the promotion period.
• Since this offer aims to reward clients who make new deposits or transfers into their account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services, transactions from the same household (people who reside at the same address) will be included in the calculation of the net contribution in order to prevent attempts to game the system.
• The assets must be kept for at least until May 31, 2025, so 6 months after the end of the promotional period. The bonus amount may be adjusted downward if the net contributions are negative for the period from November 30, 2024, to May 31, 2025. However, the reward amount will not be increased if your net contributions are positive for the period from November 30, 2024, to May 31, 2025.

   
• If, for any reason, the offer cannot proceed as planned, FÉRIQUE Fund Management (the Sponsor) reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or suspend the offer in whole or in part or to modify it as it sees fit.
• The Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, remove, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the content of any brochure or other promotional materials related to this offer, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or cancel this offer or render it ineligible for any account holder who manipulates the process, impartiality, or integrity of the offer or abuses it.
• This offer may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
